No need to worry if the rain clouds move in as both our Events Chalet and Entertainment Barn are undercover.  The Entertainment Barn with its open sheltered sides is heavily draped in flowering hop vines.  This allows atmospheric views of the mountains & river if there is a summer shower.  Although no one can guarantee weather, in all the 20 years hosting events, our summer micro-climate means we have yet to have a rain-out.

We like to get to know you by phone first to discuss your wedding ideas and to see if we mutually decide that our BC outdoor wedding venue might be the perfect fit for you.  We will then schedule you a visit to experience the space in person. Get ready in the Events Chalet, our stunning modern build with wraparound decks, a secret garden - and right on the Lilloet River bank over-looking the beach where the mountain wildlife come down to drink and the occasional kayak floats by.

Make your wedding a true experience for your guests by incorporating pre- and post-wedding activities that showcase the best of Pemberton and BC. Book two or three days and have a wedding retreat including: multiple traditional events including rehearsal dinner or specific religious ceremonies (henna party, hen night or bachelor party, local sports and recreation activities like horseback or mountain bike trail rides, kayaking or paddle-boarding, grizzly tours, etc. etc.)  Treat your loved ones to the mega-wedding weekend by creating memories that will linger long after the festivities.

The level of customization for layout, decorations, and personal touches is only limited by your imagination. There may be additional charges if your need mechanical (tractors, lifts, etc) assistance but if it can be done - we do it!!  We can put our specialized flooring over any area - including covering the entire sand Olympic-size riding arena that lies between the Events Chalet and the Entertainment Barn.

You are welcome to bring your own vendors. However, to make planning your BC destination wedding as seamless as possible we have created our very own Service Providers Guide PDF: a detailed document carefully curated to help you find a host of experienced local vendors who specialize in turning your vision into reality, recomended by our previous couples. You can plan a wedding using our guide in as little as three weeks! Let skilled photographers capture your love amidst the natural splendor, while talented florists weave the colors of the region or special-order blooms into your arrangements. Savor the freshest local cuisine, including delectable seafood and renowned wines and craft beers from nearby vineyards and breweries, adding a distinct BC flavor to your wedding celebration.

We ask music volume lowered at 11 p.m. and hard close (all departed or tents/RVs occupied) by 1:00 a.m.

Generally, we always sell out well before the calendar year-end for the following year’s season. However, we recommend getting in touch to confirm as we may have last mintute availability due to cancelations.

We have a special road entry to the riverside entertainment facilities, ample signed off road parking and two designated camping and glamping fields immediately opposite the Silo Bar and Entertainment Barn, for a convenient walk to your vehicles or campsite during your wedding event. Staged Photographs with the international equine superstars and the current year’s foals, from Dreamcatcher Meadows, can be staged with advance notice. Casual pics of the current year’s foals are unavoidable as Timewasters Paddock (mare and foal field) is directly opposite the entertainment facilities and they are just too adorable to ignore.

We recommend May to September for outdoor and larger weddings.  Although we offer venue hire any time of the year for smaller micro-weddings and winter elopements in the Events Chalet.

You have a selection of options available for guest accommodation if you choose Pemberton Weddings and Events. Some couples opt to allow guests to camp in our campsite at Dreamcatcher Meadows, or if you fancy something a little more upmarket, we have had plenty of couples that have opted for glamping. Pemberton Weddings and Events is also surrounded by a number of beautiful and unique Airbnb properties or alternatively, guests may choose to stay in Whistler which is less than an hour's drive away.
