2025 Base Rental Venue Fee is $12,000 plus GST, securing the various reception and ceremony choices on the property for your exclusive use for a 24 hour period. A 2-night camping and glamping location is also included in Pemberton Weddings' base wedding venue price.

Dreamcatcher Meadows Horse Farm offers 40 acres of mountain valley and riverside splendor.  Entertainment Barn; Sun God Beach; Olympic Arena; Circle of Ancient Cedars; 20 acre Alfalfa Meadow. 

VENUE RENTAL INCLUDES:

• One acre Camping and Glamping site. 
• The Silo Bar, An original silo (we think it was actually a moonshine still) has been painstakingly restored and repurposed to an absolute conversation show stopper!  You have to see it to believe it! 
•  (1) PDF of service providers that we love plus  (2) a countdown "To Do" list of total Wedding Planning. 
• Events Chalet: luxurious  custom building for bridal party pre-wedding preparations in luxury and comfort. Ideal for dressing, make-up, hair etc. Includes a fireplace, marble floor, luxurious bathroom, full kitchen, high end furniture, antiques and so much more.
•  The Gate House, a 40 foot building to get ready in and use for storage throughout the event.
• Private driveway access,  featuring traditional cedar pole framing supporting custom iron gates. Easy access for coaches. Private signed car park.
• Open frame covered riverside Entertainment Barn seats up to 200 people, featuring: 

               - Taupe coloured anti-fatigue interlocking rubber flooring tiles providing dancing comfort. Additional interlocking flooring 3' x 4' mats available to cover any area at. $2 per square foot. 

               - Flowering vines and hops climb up barn support poles.  Extensive flower beds throughout. 

               - Ambience lighting: ceiling quadrangle of bistro lights, rail rope lights, hanging globe string lights, multi-coloured/pattern strobe for dancing. Solar landscape spotlights highlight ancient cedars, gazebo, etc. 

               - Numerous agricultural antiques features throughout for interesting conversation starters.... 

               - Balcony  with bistro-light covered railings for DJ or band stand,

•  Fifteen high quality custom made hardwood harvest tables, Seats 10 people per table. Attractive base white wood frames.   
• 200  high quality wood chairs with white-padded seats.  
• Screened caterers area adjacent to Entertainment Barn with running water & power.  
• Large electric load capacity; many plug-ins. Band easily accommodated.
• Portable genuine antique church door serves as bar top door supported on two oak wine barrels 
• Endless "photo of a lifetime" opportunities:  classic English cottage garden with continuous flowering perennial borders; flowering vine-covered gazebo; 20 acre meadow site with uninterrupted views of Mt. Currie.
